Sr. Ms. Ruth Bullock Richards, Jr. Miss Ramsey Wilson, Ms. Emily Mooney, Miss Allison Frazier, and Elite Ms. Haley Chism

Miss Arkansas State Fair Allison Frazier Allison is a student at Arkansas State University. Her future ambition is to become a lawyer and she is the daughter of John and Stacee Frazier of Russellville.

Jr. Miss Arkansas State Fair Ramsey Wilson Ramsey is a Junior at Smackover High School and is the daughter of Roger and Amy Wilson. Her ambition is to graduate with high honors.

Elite Ms. Arkansas State Fair Haley Chism Haley Chism, of Lavaca, is 26 and a proud mother of four. She has her associate degree in Early Childhood Education, and has dedicated five years to shaping young minds.

Ms. Arkansas State Fair Emily Mooney Emily is from Austin, AR and a proud wife & mom.
She is an ArcGIS Map Technician for Central Arkansas Resources Conservation & Development Council.

Sr. Ms. Arkansas State Fair Ruth Bullock Richards Ruth is a from Lonoke County and a registered radiologic technologist with forty years of experience in radiology and mammography.
