If you are not selected, you will be refunded your vendor fee the following week. Space is limited. We appreciate your interest. Your vendor fee goes directly back into our program.

Insurance

Each concessionaire must provide the Arkansas State Fair with proof of general liability insurance of no less than $1,000,000. Please check the form of insurance you will provide during the Fair. Completing this form does not constitute proof of insurance. Proof of insurance must be provided if asked.
