Talent Divisions Compete at Arkansas State Fair
LITTLE ROCK (Oct. 22, 2021) — Winners in the Southeast Regional Talent competition of the Arkansas State Fair were announced today following the 2021 competition. Top placewinners advance to the statewide finals on Saturday, Oct. 23.
