2008 HALL OF INDUSTRY BOOTH LAYOUT

Booths in the Dodge Hall of Industry are 10'X10' or in multiples of 10'. They sell for $600 per 10' booth. Outside space is sold by the front foot with a minimum of 10 feet. Different areas have different prices per frontal foot, ranging from $25-$65 per foot

ALL EXHIBITORS MUST BE COMPLETELY SET-UP AND READY FOR BUSINESS BY 12:00 NOON ON FRIDAY, OCTOBER 12. ALL VEHICLES MUST BE OUT OF HALL AND PATRON WALK AREAS BY 10:00 AM .

Monday, October 6th - 8am to 5pm
Outside exhibitors may set-up.

Tuesday, October 7th - 8am to 5pm
Outside exhibitors may set-up.

Wednesday, October 8th - 8am to 5pm
Dodge Hall of Industry and Outside exhibitors may set-up.

Thursday, October 9th - 8am to 9pm Dodge Hall of Industry and Outside exhibitors may set-up and must be completed by 10am Friday.

Friday, October 10th
Set-up may begin at 8am and must be completed by 10am.

ALL BOOTHS MUST BE MANNED DURING THE FOLLOWING HOURS

THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THESE HOURS OF OPERATION.
DO NOT SUBMIT A CONTRACT IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES.
